Medina Public School District 3

The Medina FFA Chapter took twenty-six members to the SE Judging Classic that took place in Lisbon, North Dakota on Saturday, February 8th. Members competed in Livestock Judging, Agricultural Sales, and Agronomy. The livestock judgers included Calli Mack, Cale Redlin, Cierra Mack, Abby Ryun, Dylan Lachenmeier, Alexis Vandeberghe, Abby Helm, and Kelsey Vandeberghe. Gold recipients were Abby Helm and Calli Mack; silver recipients were Alexis Vandeberghe and Kelsey Vandeberghe; bronze recipients were Cierra Mack, Abby Ryun, Cale Redlin, and Dylan Lachenmeier. Team 1 of the livestock team consisted of Alexis Vandeberghe, Kelsey Vandeberghe, Abby Helm, and Calli Mack who earned a silver team award. Team 2 of the livestock judgers consisted of Cierra Mack, Abby Ryun, Cale Redlin, and Dylan Lachenmeier who received a bronze team award. The agronomy team consisted of Grace Reister, Kameron Bodvig, Taya Schelske, Ben Juelfs, Aaron Huff, Derek Reister, and Emily Carlson. Aaron Huff, Derek Reister, and Emily Carlson were gold award recipients, Ben Juelfs was a silver award winner, and Grace Reister, Kameron Bodvig, and Taya Schelske earned bronze awards. The agronomy team placed 3rd earning a gold team award. The Agricultural Sales Team consisted of Brittney Reister, Abigail Reich, Brooke Reister, Gracie Gunderson, Alyssa Dockter, Cyenna Garrett, Samantha Reister, Camden Cassula, Kennedy Behm, Savannah Reister, and Madilyn Schlecht. Brittney Reister and Abigail Reich earned gold awards; Samantha Reister, Brooke Reister, Gracie Gunderson, Alyssa Dockter were silver award recipients; Camden Cassula, Savannah Reister, Madilyn Schlecht, and Cyenna Garrett recieved bronze awards. Team 1 consisted of Brittney Reister, Abigail Reich, Brooke Reister, Gracie Gunderson, and Alyssa Dockter and they placed 2nd earning a gold award. Team 2 consisted of Savannah Reister, Samantha Reister, Camden Cassula, Cyenna Garrett, and Kennedy Behm earned a bronze team award. Teams were coached by Ms. Vandehoven and Ms. Gonzalez.
