SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION RESULTS
Medina, North Dakota, June 24, 2024.
The School Board election was held on June 11, 2024 at the Medina Public School. 49 patrons of the district voted to fill two Rural positions and decide the question of publication of minutes in the official newspaper. The results were as follows:
Rural position (two openings for two 3-year terms):
*Jeremy Schmidt 49 votes
*Shawn Lachenmeier 47 votes
Shawn Hieb 1 vote
Phil Hofmann 1 vote
Publication of Minutes in Official Newspaper: For - 7 votes
*Against - 32 votes
