It's almost CARNIVAL time!! The Medina School Carnival will be Friday, March 10 from 5:00-7:30 pm at the Medina school. A letter will be coming home later this week, with students, asking for parent support with games, items for the cake walk, and other areas. This carnival supports activities and curriculum throughout our school. Your support is greatly appreciated!
Due to the impending weather, games 3 & 4 of the Region 3 GBB Tournament will be played at 12:00 & 1:30 today at the Jamestown Civic Center. MPB will play EKM at 12:00. Go Thunder!
Spring Clay Target Registration is Here Open to all students grades 6-12. Team ID: jan567 We shoot Monday evenings at 5pm at the Buffalo City Gun Club by the Jamestown Fair grounds. Our first night of shooting is Monday April 10th . Final week of shooting is May 14th. The kids will need to have their own shotgun and bring a minimum of one box of shells a week. One box of shells is provided as well. They will shoot 2 rounds a week with the option to shoot an extra practice round. They have to pay their own league registration fees but all the rounds of clay shooting are free. On a side note I am having a hard time finding 20g ammo. If they are using a 20 they may need to provide their own ammo. Transportation is NOT provided by the school. National FFA Week is Feb. 18-25, 2023. These are the dress up days to celebrate FFA in our school and community.
We had students compete at the Stutsman County Spelling Bee yesterday. Our students received blue and red ribbons for their hard work. Trevin was named Stutsman County Champion and will move on to the state Spelling Bee.
