Today was our first day with our artist in residence, Myra. She worked with our high school students and will each Friday in March. In April, it will be our elementary students’ turn.

We started our Kids Heart Challenge a couple weeks ago with a goal of raising $6500.....we finished with a total of $8110.72!
Our top fundraiser this year is Kadin Bodvig! The American Heart Association will provide a banner for our gym, for the next year it will be called "The Kadin Bodvig Gymnasium" for his awesome work!
Medina Public School will receive $700 in US Games Certificates for PE equipment!

Residents who wish to be on the ballot must file their name in writing along with a Statement of Interest before 4:00 PM, April 4, 2022. The Affidavit of Candidacy and Statement of Interest forms are available from the Business Manager.
Today’s FFA Week project was a team project was to make blankets for the James River Humane society. We made 23 dog blankets and 15 cat blankets!
Thank you FFA officers and members for getting this project ready for us to do!
The Region 3 GBB Tournament begins today at the Jamestown Civic Center. MPB will play Oakes at 7:30. All fans are asked to review the NDHSAA Minimum Behavior Expectations for regular and post-season competition. Please cheer positively for our team and coaches tonight. District 6 Boys Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, Monday, & Tuesday. (Feb. 26, 28, & March 1) Please see the updated brackets for more information.
Medina students are doing a great job so far with our Kids Heart Challenge: Hoops for Heart! So far, 48 students have accepted the challenge to be a Heart Hero this year! We encourage each of our students to join in by making a pledge to take care of their hearts – and minds. Help your student choose their personal challenge to BE KIND or BE ACTIVE today!
