Team Time today was designing a team flag and playing games!

The January 18 GBB/BBB double header with Ellendale that was postponed has been rescheduled. However, it is no longer a double-header. Here are the dates and times. All games will be played in Medina. Please spread the word about this update.
February 8—Girls JV at 6:00 PM, Varsity to follow.
February 22—Boys JV at 1:00 PM, Varsity to follow.

Our staff is learning CPR and First Aid today. Thank you to Brian and Renae for providing training for 36 staff and coaches!



Tomorrow’s double-header boys and girls' basketball game with Ellendale has been postponed. A make-up date has not been set yet. Also, the Junior High boys' basketball tournament scheduled for tomorrow in Steele has been postponed. A make-up date has not been set yet for that tournament either. Notification will be sent when make-up dates are set. There will be NO after-school activities tonight.
BBCC Bingo is postponed to Friday, January 31.

Freshman class started First Aid training last week. They will be prepared and ready to help in no time!

Today, one of our teachers, Jessica Schlecht was recognized as the K-5 North Dakota VFW Teacher of the Year today at the ND Mid-Winter VFW conference.

6th Grade is currently doing a novel study on the book "Holes" by Louis Sachar. Today we got in some first-hand experience as convicts at Camp Green Lake!

Olaf and Elsa visited school today! Our elementary students raised close to $900 for the Crohn’s & Colitis and Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation! So Mr. Bosche and Mrs. Hofmann dressed up and took part in a Medina School Trivia contest. Trevin and Emma, our highest fundraisers, got to hand out the gum when a question was incorrect.

Our 4th grade students decided to donate gifts this year. Today they went shopping for a boy and girl in need. Way to go students!
