The Social Studies Department is now using thrillshare!!

Volleyball practice for grades 7-12 begins Monday, August 19. Practice will be held at 4:00 in Medina. Physical forms must be on file at the school before athletes can participate.


Abby Helm, Calli Mack, Logan Reister, Derek Reister, Brittney Reister, and Ben Juelfs attended the WLC conference. The conference focuses on four topics: ME, WE, DO and SERVE. The topics help guide students into being successful citizens in their communities.





Three members judged at the State Land Judging Contest on August 1st in Harvey, ND. Participants were Abby Helm, Calli Mack, and Billy VanEpps. Abby Helm received a silver individual award with Billy and Calli earning bronze. The team was award with a silver award.

Medina School will host a 7th grade and new student orientation Tuesday, August 13 at 4:00 in the school commons area.

MPB Track and XC teams are sponsoring a 5K Fun Run/Walk on Sept. 7 at 7:30 am during Medina's Fall Festival. Hope to see you there!!!!

There will be a volleyball parent/player meeting on August 20 at 6:00 in Medina. Coaches will go over rules & guidelines, and parents will have the opportunity to ask questions.


Medina Public School will host a Back-to-School Night on August 15th from 5:00-7:00. We will present a brief tutorial on our new website. Students and parents can also meet their teacher and look at their classroom.

Congratulations goes to Billy Van Epps!!!! Billy represented Medina FFA at the ND State Fair by qualifying to compete in the State Tractor Driving event. He brought home a bronze ribbon!

Sports physicals will be offered at Medina School on Friday, August 2 from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Please call the school to schedule an appointment.

Gracie Gunderson shot a 282 in the NASP 3-D Championships in Nashville. Here are her results:
High School Girls Rank: 32 out of 274
10th Grade Girls Rank: 7 out of 82
Overall Girls Rank: 61 out of 750

Gracie Gunderson is at Nashville, Tennessee competing in the U.S. Archery Tournament. Today she shot a 282 in the bullseye open. Great job, Gracie!! Tomorrow she competes in the 3-D Tournament. Good Luck!
