The Medina Pingree-Buchanan Sports Co-op Committee is seeking proposals for photography for the upcoming 2022-2023 athletic seasons. This would cover 7-12 co-op athletics in both Medina and Pingree-Buchanan schools. The sports covered would include cross country, volleyball, girls’ basketball, boys’ basketball, track, and baseball. Photos covered would include memory mates, team photos, and individual photos (buttons, magnets, etc.) For more information, contact Damon Bosche, Athletic Director, at 701-486-3121. Sports Physicals—July 29th at Medina School All students participating in sports for the 2022-2023 school year must have a valid sports physical. Trisha Fennern, Nurse Practitioner, will be conducting sports physicals on Friday, July 29th at Medina School from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM. Please contact Teresa at Medina School (701-486-3121) by July 22 to set up an appointment. The cost of the physicals is $50. Physical forms are available at the school or they may be accessed on the NDHSAA website. Please bring these completed forms with you the day of your physical. Physicals will not be completed unless parental forms are signed, and payment is made. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your paperwork. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or check. If you have any questions, please call the school.

SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION RESULTS Medina, North Dakota, June 20, 2022. The School Board election was held on June 7, 2022 at the Medina Public School and the results were confirmed by the school board at the meeting on June 20, 2022. 31 patrons of the district voted to fill one Rural position, one City position, and decide the question of publication of minutes. The results were as follows: Rural position (one opening for 3-year term): *Shawn Gefroh 28 votes Richie Heinrich 1 vote City position (one opening for 3-year term): *Rory Hoffmann 30 votes Publication of Minutes in Official Newspaper: For 3 *Against 28 * denotes winner.

REMINDER: Tonight is the 3 & 5-Year Long Term Plan Meeting for Medina Public School District #3 at 6:00 PM. At this meeting, the school board will discuss and receive public input on how three and five-year demographics may impact academic and extracurricular programs, instructional and administrative staffing, facility needs and utilization, and district tax levies. Regular monthly School Board meeting will follow at 7:00 PM.

Medina Public School has 2 openings for full-time bus route drivers for the 2022-2023 school year. A commercial driver's license is preferred but not required. REMINDER: The annual election for the Medina Public School District #3 is tomorrow, Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Poll hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm at the main entry of the school.

We have removed our old scoreboard from the gym and will be selling this item to the highest bidder. The light modules were taken out to make the scoreboard lighter when it was taken down, but these components can be reinstalled easily and will be sold with the scoreboard. If you are interested in our old scoreboard, please submit a sealed bid by Thursday, July 14 at 4:00 PM. Bids will be opened at the July school board meeting.
