
Tuesday is our Pay it Forward Day: wear GREEN. How can you pay it forward today? Pay for someone’s coffee behind you, hold the door open, donate unused clothing, pick up trash when you see it, etc. what will you do today to pay it forward?

Reminder: there will be NO school on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 11&12.


TUESDAY is COFFEE time!
The Happy Camper Coffee trailer will be at Medina School tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 9. She will be available to fill customer orders after 8:45 am. She will stay until orders subside. She will be parked on the north side of the school parking lot.
If you would like to buy and enjoy a specialty coffee, please come into the school parking lot at 8:45 am and get in line!

Today is our day if Gratitude. How do you show gratitude? Here’s an idea: call or text 3 people showing your gratitude for them. Happy Monday!

Central Valley Health will host a Pediatric COVID vaccination Clinic from 9:00 to 1:00 on Thursday, November 11 at the Jamestown Civic Center. This clinic is the first dose child vaccination clinic with Pfizer vaccine. Please enter at the main door of the civic center.
Must be between the ages of 5 and 11 years old.
There will be 200 doses available and you must pre-register using the link below to reserve your dose.

Be ready to spread the kindness! Here are the dress colors for next week.


National Kindness Day is Saturday, Nov. 13. During our 3 day week, next week, all students and staff will be participating in various activities focused on gratitude, paying it forward and kindness. We will also have color days: Monday wear Purple, Tuesday wear Green, and Wednesday wear Red. Thank you to our student council and staff for planning and organizing these activities for the short week.

The 2021 Harvest Ball will be this Friday, Nov. 5 from 7-11 pm. Doors will lock at 8 pm. Students will not be allowed to renter once they leave the dance Students will need a ticket to attend. Last day to buy a dance ticket is tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 4. The dance is open to MPS students and their approved guests in grades 7-12. Join in for an evening of dancing, games, food and fun. Sponsored by the MPS Student Council.


The District 6 VB Tournament will be broadcast by BEK Sports today. MPB plays Strasburg-Zeeland at 4:30. If you can't make it to Linton, watch the action on BEK. Go Thunder!

Congratulations to the 6th grade boys basketball team and coach on their 2nd place finish at their tournament in Ashley!


Today was the annual 6th grade haunted house. One of our 10th gr students, Cyenna, did ALL the makeup for our students. She worked for over 2 hours. She does AMAZING work! Thank you Cyenna for sharing your talent!





Next Friday is the High School Harvest Ball. We will have a week of dress up days to celebrate.
