
FORMS: Each child has forms that need to be filled out, signed and returned to school. Please check with your child and be sure to check the front and back of each paper. Girls' Basketball open gym will be held in Medina tonight (August 11) from 7:00-8:30. It will NOT be held in Pingree. Please spread the word.

The first volleyball practice is scheduled for Monday, August 17 at 6:00 PM in Medina. Remember, you must have a physical on file with the school before practice begins. The volleyball practice schedule can be viewed here: https://5il.co/j9ua


We would like ALL students to bring their own water bottle. We will only be utilizing the bottle fill feature on our water fountains. We would also like students in grades 7-12 to bring a mask and wear during transitions between classes. We are not requiring masks all day, at this time, but are strongly encouraging them to be worn during transition in the hallway.


Reminder: MPB XC starts Monday, August 10 at 8:00 am at the school!!!! Everybody is welcome! If you have a physical from last year, you will need to fill out a Form B found under Documents on the school’s website. If you don’t have a physical from last year, you will need one before you can practice. I’m looking forward to seeing everybody!!!!!

VB & GBB Open Gym will take place in Medina on Tuesday, July 28 instead of in Pingree. 9-12 VB open gym will begin at 5:30. 7-12 GBB open gym will begin at 7:00.

Medina Public School is developing a Health and Safety Plan as part of our school restart. Just a reminder that FFA Land Judging Practices start tonight at 7PM. Please use the Ag Shop's walk-in door. Anyone that was in 7-12 grade this past year is welcome to participate. Our post prom committee is hosting a post prom get together with social distancing for students in grades 10-12 who were signed up to go to Medina Prom. This will be held Saturday, July 18 at the Medina City Park, with pictures beginning at 6:30 pm. Supper will be served at 7:00 pm. Games and dancing will follow supper. A grand march is planned at 8:00 pm. ONLY PARENTS of prom attendees can watch from their vehicle at the park. We will also plan to stream the grand march on the Medina School Facebook page so others can watch.
*Weather permitting – if an alternative plan needs to happen, we will update as needed.


Here is the revised open gym schedule. Starting next week, JH VB open gym will be held on Monday. Also, some of the locations for other open gyms have changed because Pingree's gym is being resurfaced. Please take note of these changes.
